Description

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and core technology applications.
  • Make architectural decisions for Bloomerang’s core technology apps.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for Desktop Support Engineers on complex technical issues.
  • Integrate disparate applications through APIs and workflow automation tools to improve data flow.
  • Deliver technical solutions collaboratively across business units and maintain high ticket quality standards.
  • Support configuration and change management for complex systems throughout their lifecycle.
  • Administer and support cloud-first collaboration and identity tools across the environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience administering and maintaining complex IT systems.
  • Expertise in macOS administration and troubleshooting, with supplemental Windows support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack in a modern cloud-first environment.
  • Practical experience using AWS Admin Portal to manage permissions, monitor resources, or support cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to thorough documentation.
  • Hands-on experience using generative and agentic AI tools to automate routine work and improve output.
  • A proactive mindset with interest in emerging technology and responsibly applying AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience within companies of 500+ employees is preferred.
  • Experience configuring sales tech tools such as VoIP/dialers, email sequencing platforms, and sales intelligence software (preferred).
  • Strong Salesforce administration experience supporting RevOps workflows and data enrichment (preferred).
  • Understanding of API integrations, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and system security protocols (preferred).
  • Knowledge of email deliverability, including domain warming, monitoring, and sequencing best practices (preferred).

  • Salary range of $78,000 to $100,000 per year.
