Description

  • Deliver committed work with a focus on quality and keep teammates informed when blockers arise.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain the reliability and performance of SaaS applications.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and workflows to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Review code, apply coding standards, catch bugs, and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
  • Use AI-driven development tools daily for coding, code analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teammates to ship features and solve problems.
  • Write quality code and contribute across the stack on features that support nonprofit customers.

Requirements

  • Solid working knowledge of .NET (C#) and TypeScript/Node.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript architecture.
  • Working SQL skills and a practical understanding of async/await.
  • Ability to write testable, well-structured code and build unit and integration test coverage.
  • Proactive communication and strong ownership of commitments and risks.
  • Ability to write maintainable code with awareness of long-term stability and scope complexity.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product and QA teams.
  • Curiosity about responsibly integrating AI tools into development work.
  • Experience with .NET Core (preferred).
  • Experience with NestJS and Kafka (preferred).
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure (preferred).
  • CRM experience (preferred).

  • Salary range of $107,000 to $130,000.
