Description

  • Support the identification of learning and training needs across the Institute.
  • Curate and create learning and training opportunities for volunteers.
  • Design and create modules for the Internal Learning Hub.
  • Deliver training initiatives aligned to identified skills and competency needs.
  • Administer evaluations of the effectiveness of learning and training sessions, courses, and resources.
  • Provide regular administrative support for learning and development functions.
  • Coordinate BCI learning and training sessions.
  • Support general resource management duties.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across professional and operational boundaries.
  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing demands under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interest in climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology.
  • Thorough understanding of adult learning theories.
  • Strong command of instructional design models and digital learning theories.
  • A degree or professional training in Coaching, Learning and Development, Online Learning, or Business.
  • Additional knowledge of Climate Change or Environmental Science is preferable.
  • Proven experience in organization or business administration, target-driven roles, and coordinating or developing strategies in environment-related organizations.
  • Experience building constructive stakeholder relationships and working independently and in teams to drive projects using own initiative.
  • Knowledge of Mamba Mentality, technostress, and workplace wellbeing is highly desirable.
