Description

Support the identification of learning and training needs across the Institute.
Curate and create learning and training opportunities for volunteers.
Design and create modules for the Internal Learning Hub.
Deliver training initiatives aligned to identified skills and competency needs.
Administer evaluations of the effectiveness of learning and training sessions, courses, and resources.
Provide regular administrative support for learning and development functions.
Coordinate BCI learning and training sessions.
Support general resource management duties.

Requirements

Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across professional and operational boundaries.
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing demands under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong interest in climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology.
Thorough understanding of adult learning theories.
Strong command of instructional design models and digital learning theories.
A degree or professional training in Coaching, Learning and Development, Online Learning, or Business.
Additional knowledge of Climate Change or Environmental Science is preferable.
Proven experience in organization or business administration, target-driven roles, and coordinating or developing strategies in environment-related organizations.
Experience building constructive stakeholder relationships and working independently and in teams to drive projects using own initiative.
Knowledge of Mamba Mentality, technostress, and workplace wellbeing is highly desirable.
