Description

  • Develop and execute partner-level strategy and GTM approaches for a defined portfolio of Food & Beverage partners.
  • Own a portfolio of strategic partners (product/technology partners, distributors, referral ecosystems) with accountability for measurable growth outcomes.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and secure growth partnerships, including commercial terms, integration scope, and GTM commitments.
  • Build and run partner-specific activation plans including co-marketing, co-selling, sales enablement, and integration roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Partner Marketing to ensure integrations and roadmaps support defined growth goals.
  • Create repeatable activation and optimization playbooks to scale successful partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and align Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations around shared partner goals.
  • Own and report portfolio performance metrics (lead generation, seller acquisition, pipeline contribution, product adoption) and use data to refine partner strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, growth, or product partnerships within SaaS, fintech, payments, or vertical software.
  • Proven track record building growth partnerships and activating them into high-impact GTM motions and repeatable acquisition channels.
  • Experience negotiating and managing partnerships that include integrations, commercial terms, and joint GTM execution.
  • Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems within vertical SaaS or industry-specific markets.
  • Experience designing and operationalizing complex, multi-party GTM motions.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence, particularly with Product and Sales teams, and with executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect partnership work directly to seller acquisition, product adoption, and revenue impact.
  • Data-driven ownership of partner performance metrics and continuous optimization.
