Description

  • Drive AI-first development by using AI-assisted tools to speed code generation, testing, and delivery.
  • Design and maintain scalable solution architectures and data models across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
  • Architect, build, and support integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications.
  • Use SQL, PL/SQL, and web service technologies to connect enterprise financial systems and workflows.
  • Identify system inefficiencies and automate financial processes to reduce manual operational overhead.
  • Translate accounting requirements and principles into technical designs and documentation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, data engineers, Accounting, and Integration teams on cross-functional solutions.
  • Advise on Oracle native AI capabilities while also contributing hands-on to code and system fixes.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle Fusion modules including FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
  • Strong proficiency in relational databases, advanced SQL/PL/SQL, and web services such as SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.
  • Experience in accounting process transformation, financial data modeling, and end-to-end solution architecture.
  • Ability to solve complex problems by breaking down technical debt into streamlined, automated processes.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, or Java (preferred).
  • Experience with peripheral financial modules that intersect with accounting data, such as Tax or FCCS (preferred).
  • Previous experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms (preferred).
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, player-coach style role balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
