Description

  • Own and grow long-term, strategic enterprise partnerships with accountability for topline growth, profitability, and unit economics.
  • Define and execute bespoke growth strategies for enterprise merchants to increase adoption, performance, and revenue across existing and new partnerships.
  • Lead complex merchant Go-Lives and expansions, coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure successful delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior and C-suite merchant stakeholders, positioning Clearpay as a strategic advisor rather than a transactional provider.
  • Shape, evolve, and champion the enterprise Merchant Value Proposition across the full lifecycle to ensure world-class engagement and retention.
  • Identify strategic opportunities, risks, and market insights from enterprise merchants and communicate these to senior leadership to inform product, commercial, and operational decisions.
  • Drive best practices and scalable improvements across the relationship management function and mentor junior team members to uplift capability.
  • Act as an internal voice to influence product, commercial, and operational outcomes for enterprise engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience managing and growing enterprise-level merchants in e-commerce, payments, fintech, or retail environments.
  • Proven track record owning complex, high-value client relationships with accountability for commercial outcomes.
  • Experience operating in a high-growth or rapidly scaling technology business.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue growth, customer outcomes, and profitability.
  • Confidence engaging with senior and C-suite merchant stakeholders and influencing decision-making within complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate strategy and value.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple enterprise accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-driven leader with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Passion for building exceptional, long-term customer partnerships and improving enterprise relationship management.
