Description

  • Conduct comprehensive research on zoning laws, regulations, and restrictions.
  • Interpret zoning maps, codes, and ordinances.
  • Prepare and submit zoning applications and supporting documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local municipalities.
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Remain open to feedback and professional development.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the zoning industry.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of zoning ordinances and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, GIS, or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong self-starter mentality and independent time management skills.
