Description

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile testing.
Write and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing when needed to support release readiness.
Conduct API and backend testing using Postman, RestAssured, SQL queries, and stored procedure validation.
Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose permanent fixes.
Optimize test execution pipelines within CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab CI.
Ensure non-functional testing, including performance, load, and security testing, is embedded into delivery cycles.
Develop reusable test components and share them across teams.
Act as a technical escalation point for QA team members and guide troubleshooting and debugging.

Requirements

Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile testing.
Experience writing and executing automated test scripts with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
Experience with hands-on functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Experience with API and backend testing tools and methods, including Postman, RestAssured, SQL queries, and stored procedure validation.
Experience investigating production issues and performing root cause analysis.
Experience optimizing test pipelines in CI/CD environments such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
Experience embedding non-functional testing into delivery cycles.
Ability to develop reusable test components and support QA teammates through troubleshooting and debugging.
