Description

  • Lead grooming sessions with business users to define solutions, estimate effort, and break user stories into detailed tasks.
  • Deliver end-to-end MS Dynamics CE implementations, including customizations, UI forms, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, security, and reporting.
  • Develop technical and business documentation for implemented solutions.
  • Build and support solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Voice, and Power Pages modules.
  • Manage integrations using Web API, REST/ODATA, SOAP endpoints, Visual Studio, and source control.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the CRM platform to ensure stable operations and rapid defect resolution.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, conduct stakeholder demos, and collaborate with architecture teams on solution design.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience working with MS Dynamics CRM 365.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics cloud configuration, customizations, workflows, and plugins.
  • Strong experience with Customer Service Hub, Unified SLA, KB Article, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Customer Voice, Sales, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
  • Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows.
  • Hands-on development experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web APIs.
  • Experience with Azure Synapse Link and Data Flows development.
  • Banking industry experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile team and using Agile methodology.
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira.
  • Bachelor's degree or university degree.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with product and technology delivery teams and support.
