Description

  • Prospect and manage leads to build a 3–5X sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
  • Close business primarily with companies of 51–1,000 employees to achieve assigned quota.
  • Manage and report sales pipeline and forecasts in the CRM on a quarterly basis to ensure revenue visibility.
  • Create and execute territory plans and provide sales support as needed.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable partners to engage in proactive demand-generation activities.
  • Maintain regional partner plans mapping partner strengths to accounts and target opportunities.
  • Track and manage inbound and outbound lead flow between partners and the Bitwarden sales team and communicate channel pipeline status to sales leaders.
  • Work with marketing to deliver partner-focused events, programs, and campaigns and build joint partner business plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Set financial goals for focus partners and ensure partners meet those targets.
  • Drive multiple channel initiatives in parallel across technical, professional services, and sales functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4–8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience (new account/business development focus); IT security product experience desirable but not required.
  • Proven track record of driving partner growth and revenue and consistently achieving annual quota targets (with specific customer win examples).
  • Established relationships with SMB/SME-focused resellers, MSPs, VARs, and integrators across a multistate or regional territory.
  • Experience recruiting, enabling, and motivating partners to find and close business and the ability to influence decision makers across partner organizations.
  • Strong communication skills including listening, writing, and public speaking; motivated self-starter who can multitask and work independently or in a team.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or matrixed organizational environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard productivity suites (G Suite and MS Office).
  • German and English proficiency REQUIRED.
  • Willingness to work as a full-time contractor until Bitwarden establishes an EMEA headquarters and legal entity.
