Description

  • Contribute to and lead multiple product design cycles across logic, electrical, mechanical, and software engineering.
  • Define and develop computing, sensing, communication, and power systems for fixed-wing aircraft.
  • Navigate hardware development cycles, overcome technical obstacles, and deliver high-quality products on schedule.
  • Identify and implement improvements that enhance development efficiency, product quality, project success, and aircraft reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrated aircraft solutions.
  • Take ownership of project outcomes and uphold high standards for engineering execution and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of industry experience as an electrical engineer.
  • Strong electrical engineering technical fundamentals.
  • Experience contributing to and leading multiple product design cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully shipping products in fast-paced development environments.
  • Ability to deliver solutions that meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Proactive, innovative approach to improving hardware development projects and aircraft reliability.
  • Strong ownership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful completion of a cleared background check and possible reference check.
