Description

  • Lead complex customer implementations by reviewing use cases, defining product solutions, setting success metrics, and building clinical workflows and implementation roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure program requirements are met and long-term sustainability is achieved.
  • Train and educate customers on BioIntelliSense product offerings and value proposition.
  • Provide ongoing clinical support during implementation and post-implementation, including optimization and improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, data science, customer care, and operations teams to deliver successful customer programs.
  • Contribute clinical expertise to internal and external discussions across the end-to-end solution.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance customer experience.
  • Evaluate program processes and outcomes and recommend changes to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Partner with sales during the sales process as needed to understand customer needs and develop a value proposition and business case.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or health-related field such as Nursing, Health Sciences, or Respiratory Therapy.
  • Current clinical credential/licensure such as RN or RT/RRT.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in a healthcare clinical or hospital setting.
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical consulting role with a healthcare company preferred.
  • Remote patient monitoring or telehealth experience preferred.
  • Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements and compliance.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills in pre-sales and post-sales environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, clinicians/practitioners, and executives on product, clinical expectations, technical integration, and business process.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to independently produce documents.
  • Ability to manage and complete programs in a timely manner.
