Description

  • Plan and design security-related products, including technical roadmaps and core modules.
  • Build and implement important backend components and core frameworks.
  • Define architecture standards and best practices, and maintain underlying infrastructure and architecture.
  • Develop and maintain tools that automate operational work and improve engineering productivity.
  • Provide automated continuous delivery and on-demand capacity management solutions.
  • Work directly with users to gather requirements and create APIs for client delivery.
  • Maintain customer relationships and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve backend technical issues to ensure performance and stability.
  • Perform performance tuning, incident troubleshooting, and system refactoring to improve speed and scale.
  • Design and build reusable libraries and frameworks for internal teams to accelerate development and improve code quality.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of full-stack development experience in a similar role supporting large-scale production systems.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Crypto or Security space preferred.
  • Strong programming experience in Java, Python, Go, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with mainstream development frameworks, distributed system components, caching, and messaging mechanisms.
  • Experience designing, developing, and tuning large-scale distributed systems with high concurrency and high availability.
  • Ability to design systems independently and solve architecture-level problems.
  • Strong business understanding with the ability to identify issues in requirements and system design and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and learn quickly.
  • Experience in Web3 security companies and building large-scale API or monitoring systems preferred.
  • Experience with risk control products and developing risk control APIs preferred.
  • Basic understanding of smart contract security vulnerabilities, on-chain incidents, and wallet security preferred.
  • Basic understanding of blockchain and smart contract principles, including use of blockchain explorers and scripts to track or scan data preferred.
  • Knowledge of common wallet and blockchain attack vectors, including smart contract exploits, preferred.
