Description

  • Develop backend services for real-time fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and risk analysis.
  • Build and maintain scalable microservices that support risk assessment models and rule-based detection systems.
  • Integrate machine learning models and risk scoring engines into backend systems.
  • Participate in AI-assisted development initiatives, including automated code generation and intelligent alerting.
  • Integrate LLM-powered tools into risk operations workflows.
  • Support the development of AI-powered risk automation features.
  • Work within a global engineering environment to deliver backend systems for risk operations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Java, especially Spring Boot, and basic frameworks such as multithreading and networking.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, Spring microservices, and Dubbo.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, Redis, Hive, and Starrocks.
  • Familiarity with message queues and streaming systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
  • Ability to use AI tools to accelerate code generation, code review, and unit test coverage.
  • Basic understanding of how LLM and agent systems work and how they integrate into backend services.
  • Interest in prompt engineering and working alongside AI models in daily development workflows.
  • Strong analytical thinking, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
