Description

  • Develop and implement crypto-related products including crypto exchange, fiat gateway, futures, margin, and lending services.
  • Lead the design and delivery of systems built to scale 100x through infrastructure and architecture improvements.
  • Guide day-to-day development activities through architecture decisions, design reviews, code reviews, and implementation.
  • Maintain and improve system infrastructure.
  • Spend most of the time coding while also managing and supporting a high-performing engineering team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 9+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle.
  • 2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high business impact in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java and familiarity with the Spring framework.
  • Expertise in MySQL and experience with at least one NoSQL database.
  • Proficient in distributed system design.
  • Knowledge of at least one messaging middleware and its design principles.
  • Strong cross-team communication skills.
