Description

  • Review cases escalated by ROCA when confidence scores fall below the auto-decision threshold using AI-assisted signals in the unified case review UI.
  • Make daily pass, block, or escalate decisions across case types including KYC Audit, ATO investigation, Reset 2FA, POA Review, and withdrawal anomaly reviews.
  • Escalate high-priority Key User cases and other high-risk patterns to Senior Agents or Team Leads with clear rationale documentation.
  • Maintain SLA compliance by resolving manual reviews within 4 hours while sustaining decision accuracy of 98% or higher.
  • Label reviewed cases as TP, TN, FP, or FN and add structured root-cause annotations to support ROCA’s continuous learning pipeline.
  • Identify recurring false positive and false negative patterns and route them through the appropriate retraining, rules, or SOP update path.
  • Participate in AI model calibration sessions to review misclassification batches, validate ground truth, and challenge decision thresholds.
  • Maintain and update Confluence SOP pages for assigned case types and flag coverage gaps for new scenario documentation.
  • Onboard and calibrate BPO agents on AI-assisted review workflows and monitor their quality against automated QA benchmarks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in fraud review, risk operations, or KYC/KYB case management.
  • Hands-on experience with ATO (Account Takeover) detection and investigation.
  • Comfort working in AI-augmented workflows and interpreting model outputs and confidence scores.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to document root-cause annotations in fewer than 3 sentences.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • An operator’s mindset toward AI tools and the ability to use AI signals to make faster, better decisions.
  • Experience in a crypto, Web3, or VASP risk environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with blockchain transaction patterns such as Sybil attacks, wash trading, and mule account indicators is preferred.
  • Exposure to ML model evaluation concepts such as Precision, Recall, F1, and confusion matrix is preferred.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or LLM evaluation workflows is preferred.
  • CAMS, CFE, or an equivalent AML/fraud certification is preferred.
  • Prior involvement in SOP authoring, QA calibration, or BPO oversight for a risk operations team is preferred.
