Description

  • Execute marketing initiatives with a hands-on approach across local channels and campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and measure integrated campaigns from strategy and briefing through performance analysis.
  • Create and test new content, channels, creatives, and growth ideas to improve acquisition and optimization.
  • Structure, manage, and grow local communities through social channels, forums, and chat groups.
  • Increase reach, engagement, and conversion through social media and content marketing strategies.
  • Moderate local forums, social platforms, and chat groups to drive positive community engagement.
  • Identify and develop community-building opportunities, including KOL and affiliate management.
  • Design and implement incentive programs that encourage engagement and growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work with BD, Marketing, Angels, and other internal teams on leads, market research, and data requests.
  • Plan online and offline events and manage event budgeting, invoicing, vendor coordination, and marketing inventory.

Requirements

  • Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
  • 2+ years of experience launching community initiatives such as online forums, ambassador programs, event series, newsletters, or social media management.
  • 1+ year of experience managing online and offline events.
  • Proven experience managing and engaging communities via Telegram or similar channels.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and trends.
  • Ability to work flexible and extended hours to engage with the crypto community frequently.
  • Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong passion for working in a startup environment.
