Description

Own end-to-end quality assurance for the BigPay Fiat business, from requirements review through release sign-off.
Lead cross-platform testing across app, web, backend, and admin systems to identify Fiat-related risks.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans for Fiat features and releases.
Test Fiat feature flows such as stream start/end, co-streaming, cross-room connections, playback, and compliance scenarios.
Validate edge cases including weak network conditions, stream drops, backgrounding, and high concurrency.
Maintain and extend the automation regression framework using Python, pytest, and k6.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, compliance, and operations to resolve quality issues quickly.
Contribute to AI-assisted testing initiatives and maintain the team knowledge base.
Review test coverage and other team members’ test cases or code as needed.

Requirements

3+ years of QA experience in internet, fintech, pay, or payment platform companies.
Automation testing experience is required.
Comfort with agile release cycles, including 2–3 week sprints, grey rollouts, and full releases.
Ability to independently own test coverage and review other people’s test cases or code.
Strong cross-functional communication skills and proactive risk identification.
Basic Python automation experience to read, extend, and maintain existing test scripts.
Strong sense of ownership and quality focus beyond coverage numbers.
Experience in fintech or payment-platform environments is preferred.
