Description

  • Own end-to-end quality assurance for the BigPay Fiat business, from requirements review through release sign-off.
  • Lead cross-platform testing across app, web, backend, and admin systems to identify Fiat-related risks.
  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans for Fiat features and releases.
  • Test Fiat feature flows such as stream start/end, co-streaming, cross-room connections, playback, and compliance scenarios.
  • Validate edge cases including weak network conditions, stream drops, backgrounding, and high concurrency.
  • Maintain and extend the automation regression framework using Python, pytest, and k6.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, compliance, and operations to resolve quality issues quickly.
  • Contribute to AI-assisted testing initiatives and maintain the team knowledge base.
  • Review test coverage and other team members’ test cases or code as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of QA experience in internet, fintech, pay, or payment platform companies.
  • Automation testing experience is required.
  • Comfort with agile release cycles, including 2–3 week sprints, grey rollouts, and full releases.
  • Ability to independently own test coverage and review other people’s test cases or code.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and proactive risk identification.
  • Basic Python automation experience to read, extend, and maintain existing test scripts.
  • Strong sense of ownership and quality focus beyond coverage numbers.
  • Experience in fintech or payment-platform environments is preferred.
