Description

  • Support projects during major incidents, including hacking/security events and exchange collapses.
  • Identify root causes and assess the impact of incidents on Binance and listed projects.
  • Work with internal business units and external projects to minimize incident-related impact.
  • Review the performance of listed tokens using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Identify risks associated with tokens and recommend or implement mitigation measures.
  • Evaluate requests from listed projects such as rebrands, mainnet integrations, and token swaps.
  • Write concise reports on identified risks, project requests, and incidents.
  • Drive initiatives to improve risk detection and risk mitigation processes.
  • Onboard new listings by gathering key information and preparing them for trading.
  • Liaise with relevant parties to handle operational requests such as airdrops and cross-chain or token swaps.
  • Optimize operational processes and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • 5–9 years of proven success, with research or consulting experience considered relevant.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to grasp key principles and identify root causes.
  • Analytical, structured, and able to assess information systematically.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of crypto and the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Self-driven and able to evaluate risks and rewards when making decisions.
