Description

  • Own end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend.
  • Integrate AI coding tools into the daily development workflow to improve efficiency.
  • Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff between teams.
  • Champion full stack practices and mentor peers within the team.
  • Help scale AI-augmented development practices across the organization.
  • Identify collaboration bottlenecks and propose process improvements across product, design, and engineering.
  • Contribute throughout the product lifecycle from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major preferred.
  • 1–5 years of professional experience.
  • Solid foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and React.
  • Experience owning end-to-end projects in production, not just personal side projects.
  • Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
  • Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
  • Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools and review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to identify work independently.
  • Product and operational mindset with the ability to turn vague ideas into clear specs.
  • Strong logical thinking and communication skills; willingness to learn new technologies.
  • For frontend backgrounds: strong React depth, modern frontend infrastructure, and performance optimization experience.
  • For backend backgrounds: experience with high-concurrency programming, message queues, and distributed systems fundamentals.
  • Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects preferred.
  • Cross-platform development experience across iOS, Android, or Web preferred.
