Description

  • Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
  • Integrate mainstream AI coding tools into the daily development workflow to improve efficiency.
  • Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal friction between frontend and backend.
  • Serve as a full stack “seed” within the team by championing full stack practices and mentoring peers.
  • Help scale AI-augmented development across the organization.
  • Identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose process improvements.
  • Contribute to the full product lifecycle from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major preferred.
  • 1–5 years of professional experience, with up to 5 years eligible for the program.
  • Solid foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and React.
  • Experience owning end-to-end projects in production, not just personal side projects.
  • Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
  • Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
  • Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools and review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to identify what needs to be done without being assigned tasks.
  • Strong logical thinking, communication skills, and interest in learning new technologies.
  • Frontend background preferred: strong React depth, TypeScript, build tooling, automated testing, and rendering/performance optimization.
  • Backend background preferred: high-concurrency programming, message queues such as Kafka/RabbitMQ, and distributed systems fundamentals.
