Description

  • Own the full LLM pipeline from data preparation through production deployment and real-world usage.
  • Design, iterate, and optimize prompts using techniques such as zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, and tool-calling approaches.
  • Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) QA and search systems connected to multi-source knowledge bases.
  • Design, implement, and operate multi-agent LLM architectures with task decomposition, orchestration, memory sharing, and tool-calling workflows.
  • Deploy and operate LLM services on multi-GPU or cluster environments using inference architectures such as vLLM or SGLang.
  • Develop evaluation pipelines using automatic metrics and human feedback to assess model quality, bias, and hallucination rates.
  • Collaborate with product and customer service teams to integrate AI models into conversational chatbot scenarios.
  • Track cutting-edge research, write technical blogs, and continuously improve the existing architecture.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of deep-learning/NLP experience, including 1+ year of practical LLM work.
  • Experience with SFT, DPO, RAG, quantization, and inference optimization.
  • Demonstrated prompt engineering and tuning expertise, including few-shot design, structured prompting, prefix-/p-tuning, reward re-ranking, and safety filtering.
  • Practical experience building and deploying multi-agent LLM workflows.
  • Understanding of agent-orchestrator patterns, shared memory, long-horizon planning, and guardrail design.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese for cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience with vLLM or SGLang and production LLM deployment on multi-GPU or cluster environments (preferred).
