Description

Lead optimization of the new user onboarding process to improve activation and first-time transaction conversion rates.
Develop personalized marketing campaigns and targeted engagement strategies for individual users.
Build user lifecycle management and segmentation frameworks to improve retention and repeat purchase frequency.
Design membership programs, point systems, gamification, and cross-selling strategies to increase engagement.
Design and optimize user referral and viral growth mechanisms to drive organic growth.
Lead A/B testing and user segmentation efforts to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns.
Use data analysis to identify business insights, problems, and data-driven solutions.
Stay informed about business unit products, features, user preferences, and pain points.

Requirements

Over 7 years of experience in the internet industry, including more than 3 years in senior user growth roles in transaction-based sectors such as e-commerce or fintech.
A proven track record of driving growth from zero to one or from one to a thousand users with measurable results in retention, conversion, and repeat purchase.
Experience independently leading growth projects, operations, or campaigns using systematic frameworks and methodology.
Strong understanding of operational methods including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and custom strategies.
Experience using marketing automation platforms or tools.
Strong data-driven thinking with the ability to build and improve data monitoring and analysis systems.
Ability to identify issues through data and propose effective solutions.
Strong familiarity with multiple business unit products and user preferences and pain points.
