Description

  • Acquire and develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major institutional and VIP clients.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Build key customer service processes and systems, including management rules and customer tracking procedures.
  • Analyze user behavior to uncover hidden needs and produce key customer analysis reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver optimal customer service solutions and product feedback.
  • Attend and host events to acquire new customers and strengthen client relationships.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to support business development across LATAM.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and client services within an international financial background, such as banking, investments, or FX sales.
  • Proven sales experience in customer acquisition or origination with clear sales KPIs.
  • Experience working autonomously within a sales team.
  • Experience with regional sales teams and with attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio that includes institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Additional language fluency is a bonus.
  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is an advantage.
