Description

  • Oversee Binance’s speaker program, including high-impact speaking engagements, logistics, calendars, and briefing materials.
  • Develop newsworthy stories and secure earned media opportunities such as interviews, podcasts, and media placements.
  • Maintain and grow Binance’s executive speaker bench through media training and consistent messaging support.
  • Provide industry and market insights to support earned media opportunities and key market narratives.
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with top-tier business, finance, tech, and crypto/trade media.
  • Secure high-quality media coverage including interviews, commentary, op-eds, and feature stories for key spokespeople.
  • Organize media events and strategic media engagements during major conferences.
  • Support corporate announcements, partnerships, and campaigns with cross-functional and localized communications alignment.
  • Maintain and evolve Binance’s master messaging architecture for internal and external use.
  • Own Binance’s presence in industry rankings and reports and manage the global awards database end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Experience in creative, agency, marketing, operations, or project/program management environments.
  • Experience in fintech, tech, crypto, or similarly fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience in project management, workflow coordination, or operations roles.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong focus on efficient teamwork and shared outcomes.
  • A strategic, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong understanding of the creative process, including static and video production.
  • Prior experience with complex problem-solving and SOP development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Asana or similar tools, including workflow automation, reporting dashboards, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative production workflows, including LLM-based tools and AI image/video generation platforms.
  • Experience evaluating, procuring, and onboarding creative tools, including building business cases and managing vendor relationships.
