Description

  • Manage production incidents and conduct post-mortems to improve system stability and reliability.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure smooth application and infrastructure deployments.
  • Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, AliCloud, and TencentCloud for performance, cost-efficiency, and high availability.
  • Administer and scale Kubernetes clusters, primarily EKS, to support scalable web service deployments.
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Python.
  • Support operational automation by applying AI/LLM-powered tooling to deployment workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders in a remote engineering environment.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ELB, EKS, ECS, VPC, IAM, S3, and CloudFront.
  • Experience with cloud services such as Cloudflare, GCP, AliCloud, or TencentCloud.
  • Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes, particularly managed services such as EKS.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and system performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with DevOps toolchains including Terraform, Docker, and Linux administration.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to coordinate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI models or tools to address operational challenges and streamline deployment workflows (preferred).
  • Enthusiasm for exploring emerging technologies and integrating them into daily operations to drive innovation and continuous improvement (preferred).
