Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and referral growth aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Develop and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve user activation, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Implement segmentation, personalization, and automated user journey strategies.
  • Analyze campaign and user behavior data to make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Run A/B tests and other experimentation methods to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and operations teams to align campaigns and support execution.
  • Report on KPIs and campaign results and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, growth hacking techniques, and developments in the crypto ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or campaign management.
  • Experience with user behavior analysis and retention strategies.
  • Proven experience running lifecycle and acquisition campaigns.
  • Knowledge of segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong results orientation.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Genuine interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and fintech.
