Description

  • Handle high volumes of live chat and support tickets across assigned language queues.
  • Identify customers' needs and deliver timely resolutions that improve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about platform features, products, and processes.
  • Manage complaints, offer appropriate solutions and follow up to secure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Collect customer feedback to support workflow and product improvements.
  • Participate in validation and testing of AI bots, automation workflows, tools, and SOPs as needed.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and perform other assigned tasks.
  • Go the extra mile to provide a best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
  • Strong IT proficiency and the ability to handle moderately technical customer queries.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and active listening ability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots.
  • Hands-on experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality review is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency or blockchain field is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian.
  • Willingness to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts.
