Description

  • Identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers, and high-volume merchants.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through pitching, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, KYB coordination, and integration execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at PSPs, acquirers, and large merchants.
  • Design and execute regional expansion strategies focused on priority verticals such as gaming, iGaming, trading platforms, e-commerce, OTA, and digital services.
  • Collaborate with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to localize solutions and improve onboarding.
  • Develop joint go-to-market initiatives that drive merchant adoption and GMV growth.
  • Analyze merchant performance and partnership data to segment accounts and optimize commercial terms.
  • Monitor competitive activity, regulatory developments, and market shifts to refine regional strategy.
  • Track and deliver against KPIs for merchant growth, acquirer onboarding, and transaction volume expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise-level business development experience.
  • Experience engaging and negotiating with C-suite stakeholders and managing complex multi-party partnerships.
  • Strong existing network within PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, or financial institutions in the target region.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments and navigating compliance and reputational considerations.
  • Commercially mature, resilient, and execution-driven mindset suited to high-growth expansion environments.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret merchant performance data and translate insights into partnership strategy.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Experience in payments, financial technology, or related partnership-driven business development is preferred.
