Description

  • Contribute to backend and/or full-stack feature development, testing, and release for core products and platforms.
  • Deliver production-ready code for engineering initiatives across Binance systems.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on module design, API and interface definition, system integration, and deployment.
  • Support logging, monitoring, and performance optimization efforts during integration and release.
  • Write and maintain automated tests and CI/CD configurations to improve development efficiency and code quality.
  • Support the engineering deployment of AI/LLM capabilities, including integrating LLM APIs and building basic RAG pipelines.
  • Embed tool and agent capabilities into existing systems based on business needs.
  • Help build and maintain datasets and benchmarks for evaluation and regression testing.
  • Track online performance and assist with debugging and fixing issues.
  • Produce technical documentation and communicate effectively across teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and coding best practices.
  • Proficient in at least one primary programming language for engineering work; Python is required.
  • Experience with Java, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Familiar with Git, basic Linux, debugging, unit and integration testing, RESTful APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Some AI/LLM project or internship experience is sufficient; prompt engineering, function calling, RAG, vector databases, or LangChain/LangGraph experience is a plus.
  • Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and quick learning ability.
  • Able to commit to at least 6 months, 5 days per week.
  • Experience shipping web/backend services, with knowledge of caching, message queues, concurrency, and performance tuning, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK is a plus.
  • Exposure to LLM evaluation, prompt iteration, data feedback loops, or basic fine-tuning workflows is a plus.
