Description

  • Assist in interpreting creative briefs and producing design assets for Europe and global campaigns across key visuals, social media, digital marketing, events, and out-of-home channels.
  • Translate creative direction into on-brand designs for daily, weekly, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design leads, project managers, copywriters, senior designers, and local marketing teams on integrated creative campaigns and regional initiatives.
  • Support localization and adaptation of global creative assets to ensure cultural relevance for European markets.
  • Design and localize paid advertising campaign materials and other digital campaign assets for acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance insights and help apply learnings to improve creative output.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, brand trends, and social media design innovations.
  • Help improve creative workflows and processes alongside design leads and program managers.
  • Coordinate with third-party agencies and freelancers on creative projects.
  • Manage assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or professional qualification in graphic design, digital design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Some practical design experience through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
  • Basic proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with 3D software or generative AI tools is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the end-to-end design process, including concept development, production, and delivery.
  • Creative thinker with a strong visual eye and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative on assigned tasks.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is desirable.
  • Passion for the crypto industry or fast-paced sectors like lifestyle, sports, or fashion is a bonus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
