Description

  • Assist in building and analyzing user conversion funnels and identify drop-off points and improvement opportunities.
  • Support A/B experiment evaluation by pulling experiment data, validating cohort allocation, calculating uplift metrics, and summarizing results.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for key product metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, UV, and PV.
  • Respond to ad-hoc product team data requests, including user segmentation, feature adoption tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries for scheduled data pipelines and assist with data quality monitoring.
  • Translate data findings into clear summaries and visualizations for product teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Data Science.
  • Internship experience in product analytics or a related data analysis role is preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals, including hypothesis testing, p-values, and confidence intervals.
  • Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Fast learner with curiosity about product strategy and user behavior.
  • Competency in SQL, including complex queries with CTEs, window functions, and subqueries.
  • Competency in Python or R for data manipulation.
  • Competency in a data visualization tool such as DataWind, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Experience with event tracking or behavioral analytics tools such as Sensors, Mixpanel, or GA is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Airflow or other data scheduling tools is preferred.
  • Interest in the crypto or fintech industry is preferred.
  • Prior experience with large-scale data environments such as Hive or Spark is preferred.
