Description

  • Lead cross-functional platform evolution initiatives across infrastructure, architecture, engineering, and customer support.
  • Drive the modularization of monolithic components while minimizing disruption to ongoing feature development.
  • Partner with infrastructure and architecture teams to deliver stack modernization efforts, including workflow orchestration and caching layers.
  • Translate ambiguous technical infrastructure goals into clear, executable roadmaps.
  • Own the full program lifecycle from strategy inception through production launch, including phased rollouts and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate initiatives to improve platform throughput and reliability for large enterprise customers.
  • Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and communication gaps to keep programs moving forward.
  • Produce high-fidelity status updates, risk assessments, and KPI reporting for leadership.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between backend engineering, product engineering, and non-technical customer support stakeholders.
  • Enable customer support teams and prepare them for customer-impacting changes, including clear requirement resolution when teams are misaligned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of TPM experience, including at least 2 years focused on infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering programs.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, enterprise SaaS, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage programs spanning 2+ engineering pods and multiple non-engineering departments such as Sales, Support, and Marketing.
  • Experience using AI or automation tools, such as LLMs for documentation synthesis and automated reporting, to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to pivot approaches and adopt new methods or internal tools as needs change.
  • Comfort making decisive calls when teams are stuck.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
