Description

  • Leverage data to uncover actionable insights that inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across analytical work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and implement initiatives that enhance enterprise value.
  • Develop, test, and refine strategies that influence key business outcomes.
  • Work with management and staff to maintain effective operations and communication.
  • Mine quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
  • Create clear and meaningful data stories and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Support a dynamic, team-oriented environment by contributing ideas and innovation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Data Science roles in a corporate setting.
  • Advanced degree (master’s or PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in statistical modeling and data analysis using R or Python.
  • Experience working with large datasets and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, creativity in problem-solving, and business acumen.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools, preferably Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, and Credit.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have valid U.S. work authorization and not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
