Description

  • Cold call restaurant owners across the United States to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Run high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, follow-ups, and related tasks.
  • Position the value of BeyondMenu quickly and confidently in fast-paced conversations.
  • Handle objections and secure next-step commitments from busy decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate activity notes and outcomes in Salesforce.
  • Meet daily performance standards for dials, talk time, connects, and meetings set.
  • Improve performance through structured call coaching, QA, and feedback.
  • Work primarily by phone in a high-volume outbound sales environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is required.
  • No prior sales experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
  • Availability to work US Eastern business hours, typically 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Cairo time, with flexibility to shift later depending on business needs.
  • Competitive drive, discipline, and comfort showing up consistently every shift.
  • Comfort with rejection, pressure, and high-volume cold outbound work.
  • Ability to track performance metrics and work toward targets.
  • Sales experience as an SDR or BDR is preferred.
  • Experience in outbound, call-center, SMB, or other high-velocity sales environments is a plus.
  • Restaurant, hospitality, or local business exposure is helpful but not required.
  • Currently enrolled university students are encouraged to apply.

Benefits

  • $750 USD/month base salary plus uncapped commission.
  • $1,100/month guaranteed during training, with earnings rising after ramp-up.
  • Baseline post-training earnings expected around $1,500/month, with top performers earning more than $3,000/month.
  • Paid in U.S. dollars with monthly deposits and currency protection.
  • Fully remote work from anywhere in Cairo.
  • Comprehensive sales training with daily coaching, live QA, scorecards, and performance feedback.
  • Clear career progression to Account Executive or Team Lead roles, with top performers promoted within 6 months.
  • Schedule compatible with university studies during the day and evening work hours.
