Description

  • Provide inbound phone support to educate and assist clients enrolled in the financial hardship debt program.
  • Deescalate upset clients with empathy and active listening.
  • Assess clients’ financial situations and identify appropriate program options.
  • Use the CRM system to access client information and maintain accurate interaction records.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions that support retention.
  • Meet or exceed retention targets and support commission-based performance goals.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service through phone and other communication tools.
  • Respond to client requests and anticipate unstated needs.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish is required.
  • Experience in retention, sales, or collections is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and stay resilient.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and deescalate client issues effectively.
  • Proficiency with a CRM system and comfort with technology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to a changing environment and learn new financial solutions.
