Description

  • Identify emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to legal services.
  • Conduct structured research across vendors, technologies, and use cases.
  • Evaluate tools based on ROI, scalability, compliance, and integration capability.
  • Design and execute pilot programs for selected AI tools.
  • Build workflows and SOPs for deployment across departments.
  • Coordinate implementation across legal, intake, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Ensure proper integration with existing CRM, case management, and communication systems.
  • Implement AI tools to improve marketing, lead generation, and client conversion.
  • Deploy AI for intake, document processing, case management, litigation support, and finance workflows.
  • Establish KPIs, build dashboards and reporting systems, and continuously optimize performance based on data insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or emerging technologies in a professional setting.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate tools based on ROI, scalability, and business impact.
  • Experience in process improvement, workflow design, or systems implementation.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end implementation projects from research to deployment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, case management tools, or business software integrations.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment with minimal supervision.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs, building reports, or analyzing performance metrics.
  • Experience working in a law firm, legal operations, or legal tech environment is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs such as ChatGPT, automation platforms like Zapier or Make, OCR tools, or analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Background in marketing automation, lead generation systems, paid ads optimization, chatbots, call automation, document automation, legal research tools, eDiscovery platforms, APIs, no-code/low-code tools, or dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security considerations in AI implementation is preferred.
  • Own PC/laptop with at least 8GB RAM, a Core i5/AMD Ryzen 3/2013 Mac equivalent or higher, Windows 10 or above or Catalina 10.15 or newer, 500GB/128 SSD storage, updated browsers, and security software.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection of preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup for power or service interruptions.
  • Headset or earphones with noise cancellation and a webcam with 720p or higher resolution.
  • Designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions.
