Description

  • Execute AI-powered content production across blogs, emails, landing pages, social captions, video scripts, and ad copy.
  • Build, maintain, and iterate on prompt libraries, templates, SOPs, and QA workflows for content and other marketing processes.
  • Set up and manage AI-driven campaign orchestration across email, paid, and organic channels, including calendars and performance optimization.
  • Produce on-brand visual assets and support video creation and asset repurposing using AI design and editing tools.
  • Perform AI-powered SEO and GEO work, including keyword research, content optimization, metadata creation, CMS uploads, and visibility reporting.
  • Create, schedule, and publish AI-driven social media content while monitoring sentiment, engagement trends, and performance.
  • Run AI competitive intelligence monitoring and deliver ongoing briefings, dashboards, and market positioning insights.
  • Develop and test messaging, positioning, and brand assets using AI, and enforce brand consistency through review checkpoints.
  • Support paid media execution by generating ad copy and creative, optimizing campaigns, and building AI-assisted reporting pipelines.
  • Manage digital assets and website-related AI workflows, including DAM organization, CMS personalization, analytics, and approval routing.
  • Drive team-wide AI adoption by auditing usage, training teammates, evaluating new tools, and reporting adoption metrics.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing execution across at least two of the listed domains.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing funnels from awareness to conversion to retention.
  • Experience supporting multiple marketing channels simultaneously with consistent quality output.
  • Excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and strong editorial judgment on AI-generated content.
  • Comfort working independently with SOPs, performance goals, and asynchronous communication.
  • Proven ability to document workflows and build repeatable systems.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and building reusable AI prompt libraries (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with GEO and AI search visibility strategies (nice to have).
  • Background with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign (nice to have).
  • Experience managing DAM systems and website CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow (nice to have).
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA in the context of AI-driven marketing (nice to have).
  • Stable high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 Mbps or higher, with backup connectivity.
  • Own PC/laptop with at least 8GB RAM, Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher, Windows 10+ or Catalina 10.15+, updated browsers, security software, and at least 500GB or 128GB SSD storage.
  • Headset/earphones with noise cancellation and a webcam with 720p or higher resolution.
  • Designated quiet workspace free from distractions.
