Description

Operationalize and continuously improve the enterprise AI governance framework.
Coordinate AI governance activities across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, IT, and business teams.
Manage the end-to-end AI Impact Assessment (AIIA) process for new or materially changed AI use cases.
Facilitate cross-functional review, approval, and maintenance of the central AIIA repository.
Ensure AI assessments address privacy, fairness/bias, explainability, security, and regulatory considerations.
Maintain the AI regulatory register and monitor emerging AI regulation.
Help update AI policies, standards, and templates.
Support AI-specific third-party due diligence with Legal and Procurement and track vendor AI systems.
Support the Enterprise AI Council by preparing submissions and risk materials and tracking decisions, conditions, and remediation actions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, privacy, technology risk, or internal audit.
Close familiarity with GDPR, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and emerging AI regulation.
Strong understanding of risk-based governance and regulatory compliance concepts.
Experience operating in complex, regulated, global organizations.
Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into operational processes.
Experience with AI, analytics, or automated decision-making governance specifically (nice to have).
Exposure to third-party risk management or vendor due diligence (nice to have).
Experience working in a law firm, legal operations, or legal tech environment (nice to have).
Hands-on experience with LLMs, automation platforms, OCR tools, or analytics platforms (nice to have).
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or no-code/low-code tools (nice to have).
Experience building dashboards such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio (nice to have).
Stable high-speed internet connection of preferably 25 Mbps or higher, with backup connectivity.
Own PC or laptop meeting minimum specs, including 8GB RAM and supported operating system.
Headset/earphones with noise cancellation and a webcam at 720p or higher.
A designated quiet workspace free from distractions.
