Description

  • Analyze P&L statements and rent rolls.
  • Maintain databases covering investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and other real estate metrics.
  • Research industry surveys, benchmarks, economic trends, and demographic data.
  • Conduct research and write accurate market intelligence for marketing materials.
  • Prepare and present analytical findings using clear graphics and charts.
  • Present analyses and provide support to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to address market intelligence needs.
  • Use market intelligence to develop compelling narratives for real estate deals.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including exceptionally strong Excel modeling skills.
  • Experience with VBA and complex Excel formulas.
  • Data analytics experience covering demographics, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through writing and data visualization.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
