Description

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned roles, primarily across Engineering, Product, and Human-Centered Design.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current openings and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Source and engage candidates through direct outreach, job postings, social platforms, and networking.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience through clear communication, scheduling, and thoughtful coordination.
  • Guide candidates from initial outreach through offer stage, including interview preparation and coordination.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
  • Provide competency-based assessments and recommendations to hiring panels.
  • Support hiring managers in making hiring decisions aligned with company mission and values.
  • Use the applicant tracking system to manage pipelines, track activity, and report recruiting metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience running end-to-end recruiting processes.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across a growing organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • US citizenship or legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • US residency for at least the past 3 years and ability to meet Public Trust requirements, including a US Government background investigation.
  • Experience working in Lever (preferred).
  • Experience recruiting in the federal contracting or consulting space (preferred).
  • Experience working successfully in a remote environment (preferred).
  • Experience implementing recruiting strategy (preferred).
