Description

  • Support program planning activities, including scope definition, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
  • Track project progress and maintain visibility into risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify delivery risks, operational blockers, and cross-team dependencies, and help drive resolution.
  • Maintain program documentation such as project plans, delivery plans, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Prepare delivery updates and program status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support resource planning and capacity tracking across teams.
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial coordination activities.
  • Facilitate planning meetings, delivery reviews, and cross-team coordination sessions.
  • Support onsite team events, workshops, and program meetings when needed.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between operational customer staff and Bellese teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in technical or software delivery environments.
  • Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing delivery in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (preferred).
  • Experience supporting government or regulated programs (preferred).
  • Experience working within large multi-team software programs (preferred).
  • U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • U.S. residency for at least the past 3 years and ability to qualify for Public Trust clearance.
