Description

  • Lead and manage the billing department, including training and supervising billing staff.
  • Oversee the full revenue cycle process, including claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections.
  • Ensure accurate claims processing and timely collections.
  • Monitor billing metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with payer regulations, Medicaid/Medicare rules, and state and federal requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Develop, implement, and refine billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and cash flow.
  • Oversee billing operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Support the organization’s financial success through effective revenue cycle management.

Requirements

  • ABA billing experience is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with CentralReach.
  • 5+ years of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience.
  • At least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA billing, coding, and payer requirements.
  • Proficiency with CentralReach, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
