Description

  • Own the technical planning, implementation, testing, and monitoring of features from Figma design through release.
  • Design, build, and maintain modern full-stack web applications and services.
  • Challenge requirements when needed and research the best approach based on user needs and the codebase.
  • Work closely with the CTO, senior developers, and product and design teams.
  • Build scalable and reliable cloud-native services.
  • Maintain strong code quality and testing practices across the codebase.
  • Participate in the full product delivery process, including feature implementation and release support.
  • Contribute ideas and help shape the future direction of the product and company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a developer.
  • Strong focus on TypeScript.
  • Experience building modern web applications with Node.js, React, and tRPC.
  • Pragmatic approach to designing and maintaining complex systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, ideally AWS.
  • Ability to build scalable, reliable services.
  • Solid foundations in application testing, especially Jest.
  • Experience with MongoDB.
  • AI-native mindset with familiarity with the AI tooling ecosystem.
  • Nice to have: experience with tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Remote work only within Poland.
