Description

  • Lead the redesign and rework of the current user interface to improve usability and visual appeal.
  • Conduct thorough user research to understand target users, their needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Design and produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate new interface concepts and interactions.
  • Evaluate and analyze the existing UI to identify usability issues and propose creative, practical solutions.
  • Streamline complex workflows, interactions, and information architecture to simplify user journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design strategies and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Conduct usability testing sessions, gather feedback from users, and iterate on designs based on findings.
  • Ensure the new design aligns with the company’s brand identity, visual guidelines, and accessibility best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a User Experience Designer, UI Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful UX projects.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and the ability to balance user experience improvements with technical feasibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for finding innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and experience working in fast-growing or startup environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with modern web/serverless stacks (e.g., Vercel, Next.js, Prisma, PlanetScale) is a plus.
