Description

  • Design, build, and implement new services across the full development cycle.
  • Write well-tested code and contribute to a modern serverless application stack.
  • Build libraries and frameworks that improve development speed and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the product team on architecture and design decisions.
  • Participate in stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Help shape and drive an engineering culture focused on simple, intuitive, high-impact experiences.
  • Own end-to-end delivery across servers, databases, API integrations, and final UI implementation.
  • Scale and automate existing services while contributing new product and platform innovations.
  • Contribute to product strategy and development in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Experience taking a product from 0 to 1.
  • Strong full-stack generalist experience.
  • Deep frontend experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, JavaScript, Tailwind, and DrizzleORM.
  • Backend experience with Rust, MySQL, and Node.
  • Ability to work independently and own entire projects or large areas of the codebase.
  • Experience building paid products and services is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical problems, constraints, and timelines.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work done.
  • Fluency in Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind is important.
