Description

  • Lead front-end architecture and hands-on delivery from prototypes through production.
  • Own the journey-builder canvas, including its graph-based interface, scalability, and support for larger data volumes.
  • Define API contracts with the back-end lead so the interface and data model evolve together.
  • Drive the code implementation and design-to-code workflow for the design system.
  • Determine how AI-driven guardrails and model behavior are rendered and communicated in the product.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead the front-end engineering team while establishing code quality and CI-enforced testing standards.
  • Set standards for agentic and AI-assisted coding across the team.
  • Partner with product and design on problem definition, scope, prioritization, and sequencing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of front-end or full-stack engineering experience, including 2+ years leading a team.
  • Experience leading front-end architecture for a B2B or enterprise product.
  • Experience with complex, data-dense, or direct-manipulation interfaces such as canvases or graph editors.
  • Track record of hiring and developing engineers and establishing technical interview processes.
  • Experience directing and reviewing agentic or AI-assisted coding, with sound judgment about human review.
  • Fluency defining and maintaining API contracts across team boundaries.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous product problems into sequenced, shippable technical plans.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, small engineering organization and adapting to change.
  • Pharmaceutical, HCP marketing, or other regulated marketing data experience is preferred.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, independence, resourcefulness, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
