Description

  • Review, screen, and filter candidate applications against job requirements and qualifications.
  • Use the Workable applicant tracking system to organize, track, and update candidate information.
  • Schedule and conduct candidate interviews while ensuring a seamless interview experience.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records and documentation.
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication to create a strong candidate experience.
  • Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for helping build a talented and diverse workforce.
