Description

  • Create and maintain the product roadmap for features that address the needs of Polish sellers and leverage Allegro’s platform capabilities.
  • Gather and represent user feedback through regular customer conversations, data analysis, and close collaboration with the team.
  • Analyze the market and competitive landscape, including changes on Allegro and trends in Polish e-commerce.
  • Identify new product opportunities and potential risks based on market and platform developments.
  • Define high-level product requirements and business justifications for new initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and project team to translate needs into product decisions.
  • Support product strategy by connecting user needs, business goals, and platform constraints.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics between Allegro, Amazon, and local e-commerce players.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS, with delivered projects and measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of the Allegro platform, backed by many years of experience as a seller, e-commerce manager, or tool builder for Allegro users.
  • Strong understanding of Polish e-commerce and the competitive dynamics between Allegro, Amazon, and local players.
  • Ability to discuss pricing strategy, Allegro Ads optimization, and use of the Smart! program at an advanced level.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex problems and needs into a clear action plan supported by strong business rationale.
  • Deep understanding of how Allegro API works and what it enables.
  • Familiarity with Manager Sprzedaży, Strefa Marek, and the Allegro Ads panel.
  • Knowledge of Allegro Smart, Buyer Protection programs, and Allegro Coins.
  • Experience in a role connected to Allegro as a seller, e-commerce manager, or product/tool creator is strongly preferred.
