Description

  • Provide first-line support for customers and users.
  • Take full ownership of user-reported tickets from intake to resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues reported by users.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to solve incidents and requests.
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base within the global IT Support team.
  • Test new features and functionality before or during release.
  • Participate in additional projects aligned with your strengths and skills.
  • Support customer satisfaction with the company’s products, services, and features.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector.
  • Very good English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
  • Preferred knowledge of a second foreign language, such as Spanish, Italian, French, or German.
  • Very good knowledge of the Base product.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to continuously expand knowledge and learn new things.
  • Highly developed communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Very good organization skills for remote work.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and absorb new digital skills.
